• Parlay Bet: For parlay or accumulator bets, if one selection involves a cancelled match, that selection will be counted as odds of 1.0 (push) and the combined odds will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections;
• Odds Fluctuation: The odds displayed when you make your selection and the odds applied to your bet are the odds at the time you confirm your bet slip. For in-play bets, the locked-in odds are those at the time of confirmation, not when the selection was first made;

In-play (live) betting on KaosTogel may be briefly suspended during key moments in a match — such as goals, red cards, or penalties — to allow the system to update the odds. This is standard procedure and is not an indication of market manipulation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KaosTogel platform and will result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, exploit technical errors, use bot software or automation to place bets, or engage in any form of fraud against the platform or other players;

KaosTogel reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this document;
• Suspicious or unusual activity indicating possible fraud or money laundering;
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification (KYC) documents within the specified timeframe;
• Upon request from a relevant competent authority.

You also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting the KaosTogel support team. For voluntary closures on responsible gaming grounds, we fully support your decision and will process the request within 24 hours.

For account closures arising from a breach of terms, KaosTogel reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with the violating activity. Original deposit balances (after valid wagers) may be returned at KaosTogel's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
